By utilizing two modalities, Ortho-Bionomy™ and Reiki one can increase effectiveness and facilitate positive changes within the body with long lasting results. Clients take an active role in their healing process, which facilitates in a greater awareness of the structural changes and supports longer lasting results. Our mission is to assist the client to regain their relationship with their inherent ability to heal, find balance, and function effectively. 1 Reiki Treatments
Reiki (pronounced Ray-Ki) is an ancient Japanese hands-on healing system that was rediscovered in the early 1900's by D. Mikao Usui. Reiki is the word for Universal Life Force Energy. This is the energy that permeates and flows through all living things. Reiki heals holistically, balances the energies in the body, reduces stress, supports the body's ability to heal itself and enhances personal awareness. By appointment only.

2. Ortho-Bionomy™ - By appointment only.
Ortho-Bionomy™ is a unique, gentle system of body therapy for pain relief, postural integration and self-healing. It is a highly effective form of therapeutic bodywork that uses easy movement and positioning of the body to gently release pain and neuromuscular tension patterns. Ortho-Bionomy follows the natural wisdom of the body to bring about ease, comfort and balance in the body's physical structure and energy systems.

Developed by an osteopath and a Judo Instructor from England, Dr. Arthur Lincoln Pauls, this holistic system promotes self-healing of the body by:

Relieving pain gently without causing pain
Releasing sensitive (trigger) points with little or no effort
Supporting the body's self-healing capacity
Utilizing the subtle energy systems of the body to affect change. i.e. placing a client in a position of comfort and letting the body find its own balance without force, herein comes the martial arts principle as the practitioner moves with the body and not against it.
Hence, the re-education of the neuromuscular system of the body.
